Further works were carried out by Character Builders at the renowned Arvon Foundation Writing Centre. Working with architects Van der Steen Hall, Character Builders completed substantial renovations of the common room space using cob and lime hemp plaster. Under floor heating and Crittal windows were installed, structural repairs completed and the building re-roofed using Delabole slate followed by full redecoration of the building by Character Decorating.
