Near Moreton

This project saw the complete renovation and restoration of a grade 2* listed  property. Works included installing a timber entrance porch which replicated the  original cross passage, construction of a walled garden to outline the original shippen and 2 extensions. There was an old plank and muntin screen that had been encased in an old stud partition which we removed and faithfully conserverd, repaired and re- installed. Fire places were opened up and stairs removed to restore the original layout. The extensive works saw this property modernized to include glass sliding doors offering panoramic views of the beautiful contry side of the plot. The final effect was a blend of contemporary finishes set within the historical frame of a Devon longhouse
