Character Builders won the Devon Building Control Partnership Award 2014 for their work to this property; moving it from derelict cob workers cottages to a single dwelling. We were also finalists in the ‘Best Local Builder’ category in the Local Authority Building Control 2014 awards where we were pitted against firms from the whole South West.
